Our client, a leading retail pharmacy organization, is seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator to support national pharmacy operations and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with project coordination or administrative experience and a background in pharmacy, healthcare, or retail operations.

• ✓Key Responsibilities
• ✓Support the delivery and execution of pharmacy-related initiatives that drive operational performance.
• ✓Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure pharmacy workflow standards and operational excellence are maintained.
• ✓Coordinate communications between national pharmacy operations, regional teams, and store locations.
• ✓Assist with the development and maintenance of pharmacy business initiatives and operational programs.
• ✓Support monthly pharmacy operations updates and national operations calls.
• ✓Monitor pharmacy compliance through reporting and follow up with stakeholders on identified issues.
• ✓Liaise with finance teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and operational requests.
• ✓Respond to pharmacy store inquiries and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• ✓Support new pharmacy acquisitions, capital projects, healthcare innovation initiatives, and operational improvements.
• ✓Assist with additional project-related tasks as required.
• ✓Qualifications
• ✓Previous experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, or a similar support role.
• ✓1-3 years of experience in a community pharmacy, retail pharmacy, or healthcare environment is an asset.
• ✓Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ✓Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments and teams.
• ✓Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues effectively.
• ✓Professional presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
• ✓Bilingual in English and French is highly preferred.
• ✓Post-secondary education is preferred; equivalent pharmacy or retail operations experience will also be considered.
