• ✓Work from the comfort of your own home, equipment provided.
• ✓In this role, you will:
• ✓Answer calls from customers regarding their upgrade to a communicating meter.
• ✓Call customers for follow-ups and to schedule technician appointments.
• ✓Manage complains and claims regarding service delivery professionally thanks to your empathy and commitment to others.

Qualifications :

Bilingual – you will need to interact with French and English-speaking people in Québec and will need to answer calls in English between 10% to 15% of the time.

Be available to work 5 days anywhere from 20 to 40 hours per week: Monday to Sunday between 8:00 and 8:30 pm, Saturday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

• ✓Have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space, within the province of Québec.
• ✓At least three years of customer service experience.
• ✓Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment.
• ✓Ability to work in a computerized environment and to multi-task.
• ✓Call center experience, a strong asset.
• ✓Excellent communication skills.
• ✓High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• ✓Training start date: November 3rd
