Hydrus – Session Director – French (Quebec)

We are looking for a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual conversational AI project in French (Quebec). In this role, you'll facilitate recording sessions, provide real-time participant coaching, and monitor technical quality throughout, helping ensure recordings are natural, authentic, and meet project specifications.

• ✓Responsibilities
• ✓Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each session

Complete approximately 8 hours of calibration prior to production, observing sessions to align on facilitation style, recording objectives, and workflow

• ✓Support recording sessions independently following calibration
• ✓Monitor recordings in real time, resolving technical or conversational issues as they arise to minimize re-records
• ✓Requirements
• ✓Native-level fluency in French (Quebec)
• ✓Experience facilitating recording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic delivery
• ✓Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions
• ✓Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each
